Our booking sessions, "Book a session with Arvelle," relating to character-building education and consulting services, will not be refundable. MeLoBeInG merchandise products, such as clothing and books,(sold on the website) are only refunded on a case-by-case basis, and if deemed damaged, we will send a replacement if damaged from shipping. We will handle your issue with 100% customer satisfaction no games we resolve your issue.
